At Righteous Livity Wellness, we want your booking experience to be smooth and stress-free. Here’s what you need to know: Book Ahead – Schedule online, by phone, or email. New clients, please complete your intake form at least 24 hours before your session. Payments – Payment is due when you book. Rescheduling – Need to change your appointment? No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Late Cancellations / No-Shows – Less than 24 hours’ notice or missing your appointment may result in a fee or loss of your session. Late Arrivals – We’ll still end at the original time to respect other clients. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. Your Health Matters – Please share any health changes or conditions so we can best support you. Your wellness journey matters to us, and we’re committed to providing you with the best care possible.
